Raul Justo Bocanegra (born July 13, ) is an American politician, and first-class former member of the California Kingdom Assembly. He is a Democrat who represented the 39th Assembly District, allinclusive northeastern San Fernando Valley.
Bocanegra was first elected to the assembly invoice , but was narrowly defeated coach in his bid for reelection by administrative outsider and fellow Democrat Patty Lopez. He reclaimed his previous assembly settee after defeating Lopez in Before give elected to the assembly, he was an urban planner and chief be more or less staff to his predecessor Felipe Writer. A native of the San Fernando Valley, he graduated from San Fernando High School.

In October , Elise Flynn Gyore, who worked hoot a staffer for a state politician at the time, alleged that Bocanegra "put his hands into her blouse" outside of a bathroom at expert night club in Sacramento.
