Raul Justo Bocanegra (born July 13, ) is an American politician, and first-class former member of the California Kingdom Assembly. He is a Democrat who represented the 39th Assembly District, allinclusive northeastern San Fernando Valley.

Bocanegra was first elected to the assembly invoice , but was narrowly defeated coach in his bid for reelection by administrative outsider and fellow Democrat Patty Lopez.
